You remember he got stabbed, then got arrested then showed up for his gig in Canada 2 weeks later. Well, now is the time for Scrappy to explain the real thing that happened! He says he was protecting his sister.

I know the Scrappy family very well. Mama Dee raised those kids in the hardest times struggling to feed her boy and girl as she told me in a 2005 interview in Atlanta. Dee's a damn good mother and Scrappy did like he said "what any brother will do."

YEEZY'S AUNT YOLANDA WEST: 'DONDA WANTED DIET QUICK-FIX'

KANYE WEST didn't want his mother to go through the cosmetic surgery procedure which killed her, according to his aunt. Yolanda West admits her rapper nephew was reluctant for his mother to have the tummy tuck in November (07), but decided to support her wishes.

His aunt says.......

"There were some moments when she dieted, some moments when she'd lose the weight, but you know how we do, we pick that weight back up and she finally got to a point where she just wanted to get it done and completely be done with the dieting."It was a quick fix for her to where the dieting just wasn't working. Below is Andre Young Jr who died of unknown causes. The other day, I reported the story below about the death of Dr Dre (Producer Andre Young's son) that died. I got an e-mail and photo from Dre about the mistake the story had been written around the web. Now Andre has 2 sons about the same age from two different moms and the photo that went out was from a credible website was the one below in the old story. That is Curtis Young aka Hood Surgeon. Hes' alive and well.

Unfortunately that was the WRONG SON!!! Dre has different sons from different mothers and they get confused as to which one is Nicole's etc.... Above is Andre Jr, the one that died of still unknown causes. The other one in the story error below is seen acting as pall bearer with Dre himself in this funeral photo my source sent me. I apologize for any inconvenience, error and miscommunication Dre. Our thoughts and prayer still go out to your entire family and wishing you good luck on the upcoming album...........Also good luck to Hood Surgeon on his new album October 1st. Mourning rapper DR. DRE has laid to rest his son a week after the 20-year-old's untimely death. More than 200 mourners turned out to pay their last respects to Andre Young, Jr. at his funeral, held at The Church of the Recessional in Glendale, California on Friday (29Aug08), reports TMZ.com.

The body of Young was found at his Woodland Hills, Los Angeles home last week (23Aug08). An autopsy on Monday (25Aug08) failed to establish a cause of death and medical examiners are awaiting the results of a toxicology report.

I met Dre in 1997 in Baltimore at a radio station and still have that biz card he gave me. Nice guy! Rest in Peace Andre Jr. Our thoughts and prayers go to Dre and his family.

Ga. judge tells Rapper T.I. to pay more child support.

"A judge on Tuesday ordered rapper T.I. to pay more child support to the mother of two of his children after she claimed he wasn’t providing enough money. Superior Court Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane told the two-time Grammy winner, whose real name is Clifford Harris, to pay just over $3,000 a month to LaShon Dixon. He had been paying about $2,000 per month. The judge also said the 27-year-old performer must continue to pay for the boys to attend private school, uninsured medical bills and expenses related to the children’s extracurricular activities.

Tipton Lane also awarded the couple on Tuesday joint custody of the boys, ages 7 and 8. Dixon, 28, was granted primary physical custody. The children previously spent about 40 percent of their time with the rapper. Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, said his client is still unsatisfied with the amount the judge ordered T.I. to pay but is happy to receive more child support. “Every little bit helps,” Kessler said. “She was just getting by with the children, while they lived a different life with their father. It can’t be complete opposites on the other side.”

T.I SUED FOR CHILD SUPPORT??

The mother of two of T.I.’s children has sued the platinum-selling rapper for child support, saying she is having a hard time supporting the boys and now wants a court-ordered arrangement for payment. Lashon Dixon and T.I. have known each other since they were teenagers and dated before he reached megastar status.

They have two sons together, ages 7 and 8. Dixon says T.I. currently gives her about $2,000 a month to care for the boys, but now she wants to schedule a more stable stipend that is commensurate with his success. Both parties appeared in Fulton County Superior Court on Thursday.

The two cuties in question are the ones in front of Clifford in the family Easter picture. The youngest girl in the pic is also T.I's. Clifford is a gentleman and he loves his kids. I guarantee you he will resolve this shyt quickly. He doesn't need any drama revolving around the kids especially all these baby mamas going to the Atlanta media these days.

A leukemia patient in dire need of a bone marrow transplant reportedly has found a donor after Grammy-winning singer Rihanna publicized her case. Rihanna is the in-star and she can also get more albums sold too. I really commend her humanitarian work but is it all the time a celebrity helps in getting a bone marrow donor for a desperate patient?

A certain friend of mine died in the quest for looking for the right marrow for years, yet her brother was the celebrity who was championing her cause! The venues.......imagine ordinary venues would not even let him use their spot to get blacks and other minorities to come out and donate blood. Other blacks prevented him from using their spot. Now Rihanna helps a white woman get a donor in less than 2 weeks. Does that send a race message on how we blacks sometimes don't focus on the right things?

Nelly was disrespectful to women in his tip drill video.......yadadadayada, so they didn't want him on their campus! To you ladies of Spelman College in Atlanta, Jackie was even one of you. She even attended there as a current student before her illness got worse. I was in the process of securing a huge Atlanta megachurch to volunteer their premises for a donation day when Jackie passed away. Rapper THE GAME has dedicated his final album, LAX, to his late cousin SHANNON JOHNSON. Calling her "the greatest soldier my family has ever known", the rap star pays tribute to his relative in the liner notes of the new album, beneath a photograph of Johnson. He writes, "Your life and untimely demise will never be forgotten... SEE YOU AT THE CROSSROADS BEAUTIFUL. DAMN I MISS YOU." He makes no reference to how Johnson died.

The Game's feelings about his late cousin were on show at her funeral in July (08), when the rapper showed up unannounced and fought with the deceased's brother outside the church in Hawthorne, California. The rapper, real name Jayceon Taylor, has been charged with criminal battery following the incident. Speaking shortly after the incident, The Game admitted he felt like his extended family members were using emotional blackmail to get him to pay for all of the funeral expenses.

HIS FRIEND SHOT BADLY: SEAN PAUL'S FATHER ROBBED AT GUNPOINT IN HIS OWN HOME IN JAMAICA!

The father of dancehall star SEAN PAUL was held at gunpoint and robbed at his home in Jamaica last month (Jul08). Garth Henriques was unhurt, but his friend and business partner John 'Pops' Dowling was shot and injured during the incident on 13 July (08). He is recovering at the University Hospital of the West Indies. Henriques tells X News Jamaica, "He is recovering but still needs another operation. The bullet shattered the bone in his arm and his nerves are damaged.

He needs an operation for his nerves. He needs blood, his lungs are still bleeding and he needs to replace that blood." He says of the robbery, carried out by two men, "They got $3,000
They put us both on the ground but Pops got up and ran and they shot him at close range. The bullet shattered his arm and went through his lungs and went into the other arm. "When I spoke to Pops, he said he looked into the guy's eyes and thought he was going to kill him, so he ran. After the guy shot him, they ran off."

The 'Love In This Club' singer - who ditched his manager mom Jonetta Patton in May 2007 - has now employed her for a second time in a bid to kickstart the success of his latest record 'Here I Stand'. The pair released a statement saying: "Usher has dissolved his management arrangement with Benny Medina and has re-engaged Jonetta Patton as his manager." At the time, Usher said: "This is great for me because it means I now get to have my mother strictly as my mother, with no added pressure." We wonder what Tina Knowles would say about that! I called the hotel manager at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, Nigeria and he told me that $5000/night was for Jay-Z's collection of suites.
