BREAKING NEWS: L'IL SCRAPPY STABBED!

Atlanta Rapper Lil Scrappy was involved in a confrontation Friday night off of North Hairston Road in Dekalb County, Georgia which resulted in him getting stabbed and then detained by Dekalb county police. From what I’m hearing, late last night Lil Scrappy received a call from his sister who was being attacked by her boyfriend. When he went to confront the guy, it resulted in him getting stabbed in the arm. When the police arrived on the scene they found a .38 Caliber, 2 lbs of weed and 8 grand in his car. Scrappy is in stable condition and is currently being held on $1500 bond with charges that include felony firearm possession, felony marijuana possession, misdemeanor battery, and misdemeanor obstruction of officers.

I’ll let you know more as the story develops…Scrappy is due here on the 30th for the (TIMA) Toronto Independent Music Awards. He is supposed to perform next to our own POINT BLANK! With all these new charges, now we may have a Canada Border Agency issue. They are just charges. He has not been convicted. I seriously hope Scrappy makes it here. Mama Dee, his mom is a pal of mine and I know how Dee struggled for those kids. Scrappy and his sister so I can understand why he was protecting his sis from an abusive jerk! CHICS FIGHTING AT MISSY ELLIOT'S BIRTHDAY PARTY OVER BUSTA RHYMES?

The NY Post reports that Missy Elliott’s birthday party at Marquee the other night turned into a brawl. Choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson and her makeup-artist pal, Deborah Padilla, got shoved out of the way by a waitress trying to get to rapper Busta Rhymes. “The waitress got into it with the makeup artist, then fists flew,” said our spy. “There were people crying, bottles flying and Missy trying to get out of there. It was pandemonium.” A waitress claimed in a police report she was “hit above the eye.” Padilla was arrested and charged with assault.

No kidding! I wonder what ma man Busta had to say? He probably bolted away too! Regarding that Interscope label dropping Busta, I have not been able to reach a spokesman for the label.

Madonna says fight with Pharrell reduced her to tears and crying!

MADONNA wept with rage after an angry studio bust-up with producer PHARRELL WILLIAMS. The pair clashed while collaborating on Madonna's new album Hard Candy - and the Material Girl was shocked Williams was brave enough to stand up to her. She reveals, "Pharrell made me cry. You know when you get angry with someone and you're spitting snot."I was in a sensitive mood in the studio and I didn't understand the rhythm he wanted me to sing in, and he was giving me a hard time.

The New York Post reports that Queen Pen, a tough-talking rapper and advocate for domestic violence victims, is in fear for her life as police hunt her ex-boyfriend, who allegedly pummeled her in front of their children and broke her Grammy Award in a fit of blind rage.

Pen, 35, said she was attacked May 9 after an argument, during which her ex - Kendall Wicker, 29 - trashed her East Flatbush apartment, put a brick through her windshield and threatened to kill her. ONE MAD GUY! You break my Grammy, I will have to k---YOU!

SOME BAD WHOOPING: 'SUGE' KNIGHT KNOCKED OUT IN CLUB FIGHT!

Hip-hop mogul MARION 'SUGE' KNIGHT caused havoc at a Hollywood nightclub on Saturday night (10May08) when he became embroiled in a fight with another partygoer - and got knocked unconscious. The Death Row Records founder was enjoying a night out at Shag when he and his entourage got involved in a verbal altercation with an unnamed man, reportedly in an argument about money. The fight soon turned physical, and Knight's party is said to have assaulted the man.

But the alleged victim hit back and managed to slam a right hook into Knight, knocking him to the ground and leaving him bleeding and out cold for almost three minutes, reports TMZ.com. Knight's entourage helped him to his feet and an unidentified woman then hailed an SUV (sports utility vehicle) to take the heavyset businessman to the hospital. But her attempts to move out of the parking space were also plagued with drama - she backed into both of the cars in front and behind the vehicle, before being removed from the driver's seat by club security. Knight was eventually taken to a local Los Angeles hospital, where he received treatment for minor injuries. However, Knight is refusing to file a police report or help the L.A. Police Department with its inquiries.

BREAKING NEWS: Amy Winehouse has split with her husband and also released from JAIL with caution!!

Singer AMY WINEHOUSE has reportedly split from her incarcerated husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL - after finding love with her manager's aide. Good luck to him!!! The troubled singer is alleged to have broken off her 11-month marriage during a tearful prison visit on Monday (21Apr08). Fielder-Civil is currently being held on remand at London's Pentonville Prison, where he will remain until at least 9 June (08), on charges of perverting the course of justice, relating to a previous charge of grievous bodily harm.

Rumours of a split have been strife for the last few months, after Winehouse's increasingly erratic behaviour caused her to miss, or turn up late to, a number of scheduled prison visits. Her fractured relationship with her in-laws has also put pressure on her marriage, with Fielder-Civil's mother, Georgette, telling all to a British tabloid about Winehouse's alleged drug problems in February (08). Some mother-in-laws are cruel! And, during an appearance at Snaresbrook Crown Court in east London on Friday (25Apr08), Fielder-Civil was seen blowing kisses and mouthing "I love you" to blonde model Sophie Schandorff, after Winehouse failed to turn up to support him in his latest court hearing.

Meanwhile the Grammy-winning star - who has experienced her own legal woes this week (begs21Apr08) - is said to have developed a close relationship with 24-year-old Alex Haynes, her manager Raye Cosbert's assistant. According to British newspaper The Sun, Winehouse decided to dump Fielder-Civil after having time to think her relationship through. The publication also claims the Back To Black hitmaker shared a series of heart-to-hearts with Haynes before making the decision.

A source says, "She does care about him (Fielder-Civil) still and has been trying to be seen to support him through his jail ordeal - but she just doesn't want to be with him any more... "She has been turning up late and missing (prison) visits so she decided to just be straight with him. He burst into tears and was begging her. But once Amy has made up her mind, that's it. She is filing for separation and making it official and has been celebrating ever since."

RELEASED FROM JAIL: Troubled pop star AMY WINEHOUSE has been cautioned by British police after confessing to allegations of assault. But, after explaining her actions to police on Saturday (26Apr08) morning, she was released without charge. In a statement, the star's spokesman says, "Amy Winehouse was questioned this morning at a London police station in connection to an incident in Camden in the early hours of 23 April, 2008. "She admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution. "Amy was fully co-operative with inquiries and apologised for the incident.

She thanked the police for their professional handling of the matter. (With no charges?) There will be no further action taken. "Amy is looking forward to continuing her work on new music in the studio." The caution means that although Winehouse escaped any formal prosecution, the incident will remain on record and could count against her if she faces any similar allegations in the future.

AMY WHINEHOUSE denies fighting and doing drugs!

AMY WINEHOUSE's representative has denied reports the singer has been arrested over allegations of assault - insisting the star is "voluntarily" helping police with their enquiries.

The Rehab hitmaker is alleged to have headbutted a man while drinking in The Good Mixer public house in Camden, north London in the early hours of Wednesday (23Apr08). She has also been accused of hitting Moroccan musician Mustapha el Mounmi, after he refused to give way to her at a pool table. The alleged victim reportedly went to police on Thursday (24Apr08) and reported his claim, prompting the police to take action. But previous reports claiming the star had been arrested on Friday (25Apr08) over the incident have proved to be false.

A spokesman for the star has revealed she is due to attend Kentish Town police station in North London on Friday to be quizzed by cops about the case, but will be attending of her own free will.
The representative says, "Amy Winehouse will be voluntarily attending a London police station today by appointment with the police. "We understand that she will be questioned in connection with an alleged incident in Camden in the early hours of April 23 2008." Meanwhile, Winehouse's representatives have also been forced to clear the singer's name in another incident, which occurred during a night out on Thursday.

The star began her evening at her regular haunt The Good Mixer, before moving on to the Made In Brazil bar. But the 24-year-old ended the night by being forcibly removed from the venue, with reports claiming she was ejected after being caught taking drugs in the toilet. A bar employee tells the U.K.'s Sky News, "She was in here last night. She went to the toilets and was gone a long time. When a member of staff went in there they found her in the cubicle with someone and they suspected she was taking drugs. "We had no choice but to ask her to leave and she was taken outside. We don't allow drug taking in this establishment." But Winehouse's spokesman has hit back at the claims, confirming the star was thrown out of the Made In Brazil bar, but denying she was taking drugs.
