ROLLING STONE RONNIE WOOD FACES MASSIVE DIVORCE PAYOUT!!

ROLLING STONE rocker RONNIE WOOD is facing a massive $92.5 million (£50 million) payout to his estranged wife JO after she began to seek advice from lawyers about a possible divorce. Wood, 61, was exposed as a love cheat after his affair with Russian Ekaterina Ivanova, 20, was exposed in June (08).

The star, who returned to rehab earlier this summer (08) to curb his alcohol addiction, has been living with his young lover in recent weeks, and the couple was snapped together for the first time on Monday (22Sep08) as they enjoyed a romantic meal at a top London restaurant. But the pictures have infuriated Jo, prompting her to consult her attorneys with a view to officially ending her 23-year marriage.

A close friend of Jo tells Britain's News of the World newspaper, "She feels humiliated, spurned and furious that her best friend has treated her like that. She has spoken with her legal team and they've made it clear she is in a terrifically strong position." Wood's wife has played an intricate part in his career, working as his executive assistant, holding a controlling stake in the couple's finances and acting as his personal management assistant on a number of profitable deals.

Jo also serves as a joint director of his music empire Rockyarch and is company secretary for his painting business Scream Art. This means that if Wood is taken to the divorce courts, the payout to Jo is likely to eclipse that of Sir Paul McCartney's $50 million (£24.3 million) divorce settlement with ex-wife Heather Mills. Jo would be entitled to half of Wood's estimated $129.5 million (£70 million) fortune - but she could also scoop another 20 per cent of his earnings for her time as his employee.

Canadian pop singer Sarah McLachlan is splitting from her husband of 11 years, and is sharing her grief with fans in two new songs.

"U Want Me 2" and "Don't Give Up on Us" both appear on her upcoming greatest hits album "Closer: The Best of Sarah McLachlan," which comes out October 7 via Arista Records in both a single-disc version and a two-CD deluxe package.

"I'm separating from my husband, so these are the songs about that," McLachlan, 40, told Billboard.com.

Pop punk PINK is using her new song and accompanying video to slam her estranged husband CAREY HART, according to new reports. In her new song So What, the Trouble hitmaker dismisses her relationship with the motocross rider and insults him in the lyrics. The singer, real name Alecia Moore, is currently in Los Angeles shooting the video, in which she rides through Hollywood on the back of a lawnmower, while guzzling vodka from the bottle, jetting around swanky Hancock Park, Los Angeles on a custom-made superbike and leaping on a pair of newlyweds' `Just Married' car.

She also takes a chainsaw to a tree, which bearing the inscription `Alecia + Carey' carved in a heart. And, in the song, she sings, "And I don't need you/And guess what/I'm having more fun/And now that we're done/I'm gonna show you tonight/I'm all right, I'm just fine/And you're a tool/So so what?" Pink and Hart split in February (08), but Hart recently revealed he is still hopeful of a reconciliation. And, in a bizarre blog posting, Pink insists her estranged husband actually likes the song: "Glad you likey's. And don't worry - Carey likey's too. We are insane." Pink adds, "This video was too much fun. If you ever get a chance to drive a lawnmower down Sunset Blvd. - I highly suggest it."

PAUL MCCARTNEY HAS WRITTEN A SONG FOR HIS EX-WIFE HEATHER MILLS!

Sir Paul McCartney has written an "emotional and powerful" love song for ex-wife Heather Mills. The former Beatles legend - who agreed to pay Heather a staggering £24.3 ($48 million) divorce settlement following a bitter public battle earlier this year - has teamed up with electronic music star Nitin Sawhney to record the acoustic ballad entitled 'My Soul'. Sawhney said: "Paul has done a track about how he feels about Heather and what was going on with the paparazzi because no one has heard his side of it at all - so this will be the first time anyone hears a song relating to that subject.

It's a very emotional and very powerful song." A friend of the musician added to the MailOnline website: "What the song shows is that rather than feeling embittered towards Heather, Paul just feels sorry for her. "He feels sorry that she was never able to tell him the full truth about her past life. He feels that their romance happened so fast and so publicly that a lot never really got said. "Paul knows Heather is a complex person, and deeply misunderstood - but that she has hardly helped herself by being less than transparent about her life." "And they are talking about Britney taking the stage on a few of the dates too. "It's hoped that Madonna can help Britney get back to her old self." LATEST: Split rumours swirling around MADONNA and GUY RITCHIE are refusing to go away - a U.S. TV news show claims the pop superstar is seeking legal advice from PAUL McCARTNEY's divorce lawyer. Madonna has met with Fiona Shackleton, the attorney who represented Paul McCartney during his court battle with Heather Mills, according to Access Hollywood reports.

The pop star reportedly approached Shackleton after initial talks with a rival law firm fell through. The latest divorce story comes just two weeks after a representative for Madonna called news that the singer had hired Mills' lawyer Nicholas Mostyn "completely untrue". A rep tells Access Hollywood there will be "no comment at this time" concerning the new story, while a spokesperson for Shackleton says, "We have a policy of not speaking with the press." Guy Ritchie is reportedly being represented by Mayfair law firm Forsters.
