ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR PETE DOHERTY!!!

A spokesman for the star says, "The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn." A warrant has been issued for Pete Doherty's arrest. The Babyshambles rocker is in trouble with police again after he failed to appear in court yesterday (17.07.08). Pete was due to enter a plea against allegations he pulled a camera from a female photographer's neck, causing £200 of damage. This is the second time Pete has failed to appear at the magistrate's court in Yeovil, South West England.

He missed a scheduled court date last month on the same charges. Pete, 28, is alleged to have chased press photographer Cath Mead, 22, into a shop in the town of Crewkerne and yanked the camera from her neck, damaging its lens. Pete gave chase after Mead took a photograph of him and his then-girlfriend Irina Lazareanu. At the time of the alleged incident, Pete was already on bail for drugs and driving offences. He is now expected to appear before magistrates next week. Pete was jailed for 14 weeks this April for breaching his probation order. He was released in May after serving 29 days of his sentence.

Mel also revealed that her husband, Stephen Belafonte, is a fan of the underwear. She added to Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Stephen wanted to inspect the underwear before I signed up.

AMY WINEHOUSE'S LATE APPEARANCE FOR HUSBAND'S TRIAL!

AMY WINEHOUSE made a brief appearance at her husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL's trial in London on Monday (02Jun08) - after turning up four hours late. (OOO, Amy!)Fielder-Civil's trial on charges of perverting the course of justice relating to a previous charge of grievous bodily harm kicked off on Monday at the capital's Snaresbrook Crown Court. Winehouse turned up at the courthouse just after 2pm (GMT) to support her spouse, who has been behind bars at London's Pentonville Prison since November (07).

Wearing a spotted blue shirtdress and cream Christian Louboutin heels, the Rehab singer sat alone in the court's empty front row and constantly blew kisses and mouthed "I love you" to her beau, who was sat behind a glass wall. But after sitting through less than two hours of opening statements, Winehouse got up to leave, before turning to Fielder-Civil's direction and saying, "I love you, you're fit (gorgeous)", as she walked out of the courtroom.

Meanwhile she has been warned for flirting in court. The troubled singer, who was attending husband Blake Fielder-Civil's pre-trial hearing for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and attempting to pervert the course of justice, mouthed words to Blake for over an hour before being ordered to stop by officials. Amy - who was wearing a short blue dress - was clearly seen silently saying "I love you" and was blowing kisses to her husband. The 24-year-old star played with her hair and a silver chain around her neck and at one point patted the empty seat next to her and mouthed "come sit here next to me," to Blake.

As I said earlier, When she was told to stop, she stood and declared "you're fit" to Blake before walking out of Snaresbrook Crown Court, East London. The hearing continued after she left. As she left, Amy responded to inquires as to how her husband was looking by saying: "Gorgeous as f**k, haven't you seen him?" Blake denies causing GBH with intent to pub landlord James King, of the White House, Risley Hall, Derbyshire, and a further charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice. James Kennedy, 19, of Hatfield, Hertfordshire is also accused in the case. The case continues.

YORKE URGES PRINCE TO RELEASE CREEP VIDEO FOOTAGE.

Rocker THOM YORKE has reportedly called on PRINCE to allow video footage of his Coachella Festival performance to be made available online - because the RADIOHEAD frontman wants to see the pop superstar's rendition of CREEP. Prince stormed the stage at the Californian festival in April (08), playing a string of his hit singles to the 60,000-strong audience. However, one of the biggest surprises of the night was his cover of classic Radiohead song Creep, which he performed with an added guitar solo and extended falsetto. Fans' video footage of the Coachella appearance later appeared online on YouTube.com - but they were soon pulled from the website after its owners were allegedly threatened with legal action.

But the move didn't go down well with Yorke, who wanted to see the rendition for himself - only to discover the video was no longer available despite owning the rights to his band's song. According to reports, when Yorke was told of the internet ban, he said, "Really? He's blocked it? Surely we should block it. Hang on a moment... well tell him to unblock it, it's our song." It's not the first time Prince and executives at his NPG Records label have taken legal action for breach of copyright - in 2007, the star threatened to sue three of his biggest fansites unless they removed images, album artwork and lyrics from their websites.

HE LAUGHS IT OFF: TIMBERLAKE CAUGHT BY TRAFFIC COP, Set to produce reality show.

Pop star JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE found himself on the wrong side of the law on Thursday (08May08), when he was booked for a parking violation in New York. The SexyBack hitmaker arrived at the MTV studios in the city ahead of the network's Fall 2008 Upfront Presentation - to inform artists about multi-platform opportunities on the music channel. But after leaving his black sports utility vehicle (SUV) outside the building, the star was handed a parking ticket by a warden upon his return to the car. However, the incident did little to dampen Timberlake's spirits - footage posted on TMZ.com shows the singer laughing and joking as the official handed him the penalty. The fine is probably peanuts to him!

In other news, he has teamed up with TV network MTV to produce a new reality series.
The singer will serve as an executive producer on a game show called The Phone which is due to air this autumn (08). The program will feature contestants following instructions on a cellphone and completing a mission to win a cash prize, with MTV comparing the format to a weekly "action-packed mini movie". SOMEONE HELP AMY: Amy Winehouse safety concerns mount considering new erratic behaviour!

AMY WINEHOUSE has sparked further fears for her health after displaying yet more erratic behaviour on Friday (09May08), when she got out of her car and wandered along a gridlocked motorway in search of a cigarette.

The Back To Black hitmaker was travelling back to London after staying with friends in Henley-on Thames in Oxfordshire, England, when her car got stuck in traffic on the M40.
The singer was then photographed leaving the vehicle and walking along the side of the road, before leaning into several cars and asking the occupants for cigarettes. Winehouse was also seen sporting fresh-looking scratches and cuts all over her arms, as well as what appeared to be a cigarette burn just above her wrist - prompting fears she may have resorted to self-harming in a bid to escape her personal troubles.

Earlier this week (07May08), the 24-year-old star was quizzed by police in East London over drug offences, after footage of her allegedly smoking crack cocaine was handed to British police. It was Winehouse's second legal woe in as many weeks; The Rehab hitmaker was accused of headbutting a man outside a North London pub on 23 April (08) and later turned herself in to authorities. She escaped that incident with a police caution.

Singer AMY WINEHOUSE has locked the man she is accused of having an affair with out of her London home. The Back To Black star had allegedly broken off her 11-month marriage to jailed Blake Fielder-Civil last week (21Apr08) after falling for her manager's assistant, 24-year-old Alex Haynes. However, on Monday (28Apr08) Winehouse angrily denied the rumours outside her Camden abode, insisting she's not cheating on Fielder-Civil - who faces charges of perverting the course of justice - and blasted the media for spreading "lies". And now the troubled star has barred Haynes from her home by locking the front door from the inside - something he only figured out as he was trying to enter.

Troubled singer AMY WINEHOUSE is working on a theme song for the forthcoming JAMES BOND film, according to super producer MARK RONSON. Last month March 2008, the Back To Black star's spokesman refuted claims she was secretly writing the title track for the movie.

But Ronson insists the pair has recorded a song and hopes it will be used for the upcoming blockbuster, Quantum Of Solace. He says, "They asked Amy, and I think Amy said that if she did it, she'd want to do it with me. So hopefully something will come of it.

"The demo sounds like a James Bond theme, hopefully. But I don't know if it'll get used." "I'm sure there are loads more really famous people that probably we're competing with and we don't know about. But hopefully I'll still be alive for at least 12 more Bond themes. If we don't get this one maybe we'll get another one."

Singer AMY WINEHOUSE has reportedly split from her incarcerated husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL - after finding love with her manager's aide. Good luck to him!!! The troubled singer is alleged to have broken off her 11-month marriage during a tearful prison visit on Monday (21Apr08). Fielder-Civil is currently being held on remand at London's Pentonville Prison, where he will remain until at least 9 June (08), on charges of perverting the course of justice, relating to a previous charge of grievous bodily harm.

Rumours of a split have been strife for the last few months, after Winehouse's increasingly erratic behaviour caused her to miss, or turn up late to, a number of scheduled prison visits. Her fractured relationship with her in-laws has also put pressure on her marriage, with Fielder-Civil's mother, Georgette, telling all to a British tabloid about Winehouse's alleged drug problems in February (08). Some mother-in-laws are cruel! And, during an appearance at Snaresbrook Crown Court in east London on Friday (25Apr08), Fielder-Civil was seen blowing kisses and mouthing "I love you" to blonde model Sophie Schandorff, after Winehouse failed to turn up to support him in his latest court hearing.

Meanwhile the Grammy-winning star - who has experienced her own legal woes this week (begs21Apr08) - is said to have developed a close relationship with 24-year-old Alex Haynes, her manager Raye Cosbert's assistant. According to British newspaper The Sun, Winehouse decided to dump Fielder-Civil after having time to think her relationship through. The publication also claims the Back To Black hitmaker shared a series of heart-to-hearts with Haynes before making the decision.

A source says, "She does care about him (Fielder-Civil) still and has been trying to be seen to support him through his jail ordeal - but she just doesn't want to be with him any more... "She has been turning up late and missing (prison) visits so she decided to just be straight with him. He burst into tears and was begging her. But once Amy has made up her mind, that's it. She is filing for separation and making it official and has been celebrating ever since."

RELEASED FROM JAIL: Troubled pop star AMY WINEHOUSE has been cautioned by British police after confessing to allegations of assault. But, after explaining her actions to police on Saturday (26Apr08) morning, she was released without charge. In a statement, the star's spokesman says, "Amy Winehouse was questioned this morning at a London police station in connection to an incident in Camden in the early hours of 23 April, 2008. "She admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution. "Amy was fully co-operative with inquiries and apologised for the incident.

She thanked the police for their professional handling of the matter. (With no charges?) There will be no further action taken. "Amy is looking forward to continuing her work on new music in the studio." The caution means that although Winehouse escaped any formal prosecution, the incident will remain on record and could count against her if she faces any similar allegations in the future.
