LATEST VIDEO : KJ LAUNCHES HIS FIRST RAP SONG "MY MOM'S A SNITCH"
A bunch of 8-year-old girls were watching this earlier and had the hots for ma baby. He wrote it all. I just put the video together for him and produced the track. It's a first. KJ wrote this song based on my work with families of crime victims hosting FREE news conferences for them.
We need to snitch the right way. So many young men are murdered in Toronto and cases not solved!! You can find this video on Toronto Police's TAVIS FB page. Good job KJ. Now the next track..."Drake's Mom" based on her great advice on his career. LOL! You can download the song for $1.29 on Reverbnation store.

Geez the "Nigga " word was quite prominent in this song. With the release of a new album approaching, Kanye West is making sure he's up to date with the social networking sites.
He joined Twitter on Wednesday, one day after going to the offices of Facebook, in Palo Alto, Calif., to preview some of his new material.
Videos of him rapping acappella while standing on a conference table have been posted on YouTube. On his website afterward, West posted a letter to Facebook, thanking the staff for their support: "You're energy was a gift so electric, so genuine, that it really helped me give my best."
TODAY MARKS 3 YEARS TORONTO LOST A REMARKABLE YOUNG MAN! PLS REMEMBER MICHAEL GEORGE TODAY...
Edwardson George is a big man. And he’s been able to maintain his stature despite the murder of his son Michael, 25, shot dead July 29, 2007, at Wilcox Creek Pathway co-op near Sheppard Ave. and Morningside Ave.
He says there isn’t a moment of any day he isn’t thinking about his boy.
“Very, very hard for me,” George said Friday during a plea for people who know anything to call Crime Stoppers. “He was not only my son, he was my buddy.
“Michael had two names for me: Dad and Pops,” he said.
When Michael, a rapper who went by the stage name Meyend Tricks and whose album 4 Ever was released by his family during the plea, wanted his father to be a buddy, he called him Pops.
“But when he needed me as a dad, he’d just say, ‘Dad, can I speak to you?’” George said.
“Getting up every day has been very, very difficult,” he said. “I have to make sure the rest of the family is okay.
“It hurts,” George said. “I wake up every day and I’m not myself. I’m not 100% because I don’t have him with me and I cannot speak to him, and I cannot call him when I need to talk to him about certain things that we normally talk about.”
The music was supposed to be the young man’s future, but has instead become his legacy.
It’s available on his Facebook page for free.
The night he died, Michael had dropped off his friend in Ajax after a party and then returned to his girlfriend’s townhouse in the co-op.
When he pulled in at 3:30 a.m., he was ambushed by a gunman who opened fire before he could get out of the car.
Toronto homicide Det.-Sgt. Steve Ryan said in 2007 that the assassin apparently lay in wait and the killing didn’t appear random but it was unknown why the young man was targeted.
“I just want the person or persons who perpetrated this crime to be caught,” George said. “They can’t go around doing things like this, hurt so many families, hurt so many people. We want justice, justice for Michael.”
Atlanta R&B artist Tim Campbell also a TIMA nominee came to show support for the George family.
Michael's uncle carries his Toronto Independent Music Award for Best Rap. An award he never lived to see.
Michael's mom Scherry and sister Sarah
Michael’s mom Scherry called for anyone who knows anything to call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-8477.
She also challenged the pervasive gang culture mantra of not snitching.
“Man up and be a snitch,” Scherry said.
Const. Scott Mills said while Crime Stoppers points detectives in the right direction, homicide officers need witnesses.
“We can’t solve the case unless we have a witness that gives us the information,” he said. “But if you know who it is and are too scared to come forward, call 1-800-222-TIPS,” or go online at www.222tips.com, or text TOR and send a message to CRIMES.
“I never thought I would be in this position,” George said. “I know what Michael is like. For this to happen to Michael, it tells me they don’t care, people don’t care.
“I miss him dearly, I miss him every second of the day, 365, 24 hours a day,” he said.
The Toronto Independent Music awards was held on Friday July 23rd 2010 once again at the Phoenix Concert theatre in Toronto. Awards were given out in various music genres. It was a fun night as many in the music industry came out to see their fave indie artists get recognized in what they do best. Daniela Oliva, the founder put up a great show with lots of sponsors including $60,ooo in prizes. It was a full house of performances, green room appearances and photos. I presented the Best Alternative Rock award which went out to Waxmen. These guys JUMPED onto the stage with happiness. This is what the TIMAS are about. Pictured on the red carpet with the CEO and Founder Daniela Oliva is Atlanta based R&B artist Tim Campbell who was nominated for Best International/USA artist. The White Ravens won but we hear Campbell raised off the roof at Yonge-Dundas Square 2 days later at Youth Day 2010 with his R&B performance.
R&B singer and Best International artist nominee Tim Campbell support Ed and Scherry George, Michael's parents during the media conference.
Michael's uncle carries his Best Rap Artist award from the 2007 Toronto Independent music awards which Michael never saw. He was gunned down days before the awards were handed out.

Lil Wayne is set to release a new album in September – despite being incarcerated for gun crime.
The rapper's co-manager Cortez Bryant told Vibe magazine that the album would be named I'm Not A Human Beingand will be out digitally on September 27 – Wayne's birthday.
"We not about to roll out no three month set-up," he said. "I'm not even putting it out in stores. We just going to put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas. Give 'em a hard copy later for fan appreciation."
Bryant said the album would be a prelude to the rapper's forthcoming Tha Carter IV album.
Lil Wayne began a year-long jail sentence in New York for gun crime in March.
Playboy on Tuesday launched a new, non-nude website that it described as being safe-for-work and a "satirical antidote to the drudgery of the work day."
Produced specifically for the Internet, www.TheSmokingJacket.com contains posts and viral content in categories such as Girls, Entertainment, Sex, Videos and Lifestyle.
It also provides links to other videos around the web as well photos from the Playboy archives.
"The smoking jacket isn't just something I like to wear around the mansion," Playboy's iconic founder Hugh Hefner, 84, says in a video posted on the site. "It's Playboy's safe for work website. Next to the mansion, it's the best hangout on the planet."
Playboy's traditional magazine business has been hard hit by declining circulation and advertising revenue as people turn to free pornography on the Internet.
On Tuesday, the new site had posts such as "How to Get Laid at Work," and "How to Hang Out with Porn Chicks".
Photos include a spread of Playmate Kimberly Phillips in lingerie and a smoking jacket. From the archives, there's the 1983 Playmate Playoffs featuring bikini-clad women with classic Farrah Fawcett-styled hair competing in water-soaked events.
The Playboy.com web site, which contains nudity and longer lifestyle articles, has 6 million unique monthly visitors to its site, Playboy said.
New York City police say they have arrested rapper-actor Ice-T on accusations of driving with a suspended license.
Police say the entertainer was driving a 2009 Cadillac near West 40th Street and 11th Avenue on Tuesday when officers stopped him for not wearing a seat belt. They said they ran a check and discovered his license was suspended.
The NYPD said he would be given a ticket and released.
Ice-T denied wrongdoing via Twitter. He says he has a valid New Jersey license and calls the police's allegations against him a "lie."
The actor has played Detective Fin Tutuola on the TV drama "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" since 2000.

Canadian sensation Justin Bieber is among the elite group of professionals challenged by Shaquille O’Neal in the new season SHAQ VS, airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET beginning August 3 on CTV (visit CTV.ca to confirm local broadcast times). In this six-episode reality competition series, O’Neal takes his athletic prowess beyond the basketball court and at times away from sports altogether as he strives to become a champion at new challenges each week. The series will also air on TSN2.
“I’m out to prove that I can compete beyond athletics,” said O’Neal. “I’ve spent all year sharpening my skills and I want to win. There’s no challenge bigger than me.”
The series closely follows Shaq and his adversaries throughout the rigorous training process and the pre-game hype leading up to every challenge. Each week Shaq competes in an athletic challenge or a non-sports competition, with some episodes featuring Shaq taking on two challengers. To level the playing field, O’Neal negotiates a handicap with his opponent and trains with a coach prior to the challenge.
In the premiere episode “Shaq VS Dale Earnhardt Jr.”, (Aug. 3 at 9 p.m. ET on CTV), four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal races head to head at Concord Speedway in North Carolina against Dale Earnhardt Jr., NASCAR’s most popular driver and recent winner of the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway and more than 40 NASCAR-sanctioned races. Shaq has forgone the familiarity of basketball hardwood for the cramped quarters of a stock-car cockpit – all 7-foot-1-inch, 325 pounds of him. In this episode he also travels to the nation’s capital to take on the Scripps National Spelling Bee champion, 15-year old Kavya Shivashankar, and enlists the help of this year’s finalists, along with Kavya’s 8-year old sister, Vanya.
Other celebrities featured with Shaq are:
Rachel Ray; fiery daytime talk show host in a New York City cook-off
Charles Barkley; former NBA all-star and NBA MVP winner, challenged to tee off at The St. Regis Monarch Beach golf links
Joey Chestnut; Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Champion, challenged outside Serendipity 3 in Las Vegas
Penn and Teller; illusionists and comedians, challenged to defy the odds at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and CasinoSugar Shane Mosley; professional boxer, who faces off against Shaq in an exhibition match at Caesars Palace in Vegas
Chris Johnson; 2009 NFL Offensive Player of the Year and running back for the Tennessee Titans; DeSean Jackson; wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles and Dwight Howard; NBA All-Star and centre for the Orlando Magic, team up with Shaq to challenge Tyson Gay; American track and field sprinter, in a 200-metre relay race
In the first season, O’Neal competed against Olympic Games gold medallist Michael Phelps in swimming; Super Bowl-winning Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in football; championship fighter Oscar de la Hoya in boxing; two-time National League MVP and St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols in baseball; and two-time Olympic gold medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor in beach volleyball, with the help of U.S. Open, Australian Open and Wimbledon champion Serena Williams.
SHAQ VS is produced by Media Rights Capital in association with Stewart Street Productions. Orly Adelson, Will Staeger, Barry Adelman, Shaquille O'Neal, Scott Messick, Trice Barto, Perry Rogers, Colin Smeeton, Mike Parris and Steve Nash serve as executive producers for the series.
A representative for pop singer CHRISTINA AGUILERA has dismissed reports she is locked in a bitter feud with record label bosses over disappointing sales of her latest album, Bionic.
Aguilera's fourth studio album debuted at number three on the U.S. Bill board charts, but quickly fell out of the Top 10, with sales barely hittng a disappointing 200,000 in its five weeks of release. Music bosses are in a panic to boost sales as the new mum fights to com pete with racy acts like Rihanna and Lady Gaga, reports the New York Post.
A source tells the publication, "The label has done its part, but she's headstrong. There have been candid conversations between her and the label about connectivity, but it doesn't seem that she's been open to that dialogue." However, a spokesperson from RCA denies the label is at odds with Aguilera, and insists bosses back her efforts, saying, "(Aguilera) is a pillar of the RCA Music Group and is an undeniable talent with one of the great est voices of our time. She continues to push herself as an artist, and we are behind her efforts 100 percent." Aguilera's manager, Irving Azoff, further disputed the claims: "I am the one who deals with the label, and this couldn't be further from the truth."
Lady GaGa has made some enemies lately in the fashion world. The “Poker Face” lady has pretty much enraged models, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell when they found out she'd be joining them in a cover-shoot for i-D magazine.
Apparently they did not find out until recently that they would be joined by GaGa in the September issue. In fact it was pretty much last minute – said sources. The left very angered at the notion that they would be united with the bizarre singer, when they first found out.
Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell had intended on doing a combined shoot together, but the editor decided to throw in Lady GaGa in as well, said sources. They snubbed the idea dramatically enough that it seemed to have impacted the editor to make some changes.
Naomi and Kate implied that they didn't want to have Lady GaGa as a third wheel and declared on having their own theme done so they were all shot individually and not together.
The issue decided to go along and they will now have a separated “pullout” so there will actually be three covers from three independent shoots.
Teen sensation Justin Bieber has knocked Lady Gaga off her reign as holder of the most-viewed video on YouTube.
Bieber, 16, who was discovered on YouTube, racked up more than 246 million views of his music video "Baby" on Friday, pushing Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" into second place with 245.6 million.
The Canadian singer, currently on tour in the United States to promote his hit album "My World 2.0", thanked his fans in a Twitter message, but added that he thinks Lady Gaga is "an incredible artist who (I) have great respect 4. and her vid is incredible.
"So it doesnt matter who has more views what matters is that we have incredible fans that support us...that im sure we are both greatful 4," he continued.
Bieber signed a record deal at age 14 after posting his own videos on YouTube and now causes mob scenes of hysterical girls wherever he goes.
Lady Gaga, 24, is in the middle of her "Monster Ball" tour and recently became the first living person to have more than 10 million fans on social networking site Facebook.
