Canada’s #1 DJ embarks on a new adventure in his latest hometown, Toronto, introducing Skratch Bastid Presents on November 14th at Revival Bar, a unique collaborative DJ experience with a helping hand from local legend DJ Starting From Scratch and beatboxer extraordinaire Scratch from The Roots!
Toronto, ON- Fresh off his extremely successful 110% summer tour and mixtape, Skratch Bastid is more than warmed up and ready to once again give all he’s got to Toronto partygoers and demonstrate why he is known as the hardest working DJ in the country. He’ll be making a home at College Street’s Revival Bar on November 14th to boost up his highly-anticipated Skratch Bastid Presents event series; a party and live music performance showcasing local and international talent. This new series is sure to breathe fresh air into Toronto’s nightlife, presenting an interactive media and visual presence in addition to the musical experience.
This is the first in a series of quarterly installments, hosted and curated by Skratch Bastid himself, that will focus on collaborations with other DJs, producers, and musicians from around the country and internationally. What a better way to kick off a Toronto residency than by paying dues to local legend DJ Starting From Scratch and welcoming new Toronto resident/world-famous beatboxer Scratch from The Roots. The three will present a partly rehearsed, partly freestyled performance, offering a one of a kind club-going experience that will be enhanced by multimedia company Mixmotion Media, who will add an interactive visual aesthetic to the live performance.
By establishing itself with a unique concept and series of original themes, Skratch Bastid Presents will offer unforgettable nights for those who come out and a burning regret for those who choose otherwise.
