In the midst of all the rumors about Jay-Z banning Chris Brown, I think Brown should have performed and this should have been shown but Debra probably did the right thing she felt should have been shown. This may have been replaced by Janet's 3 minute speech. Hey, let's not get mad. R.I.P MJ....
