Adnan Ghalib, the British pap whom she dated during her breakdown, says he will sell the tape for the right price. He told Heat magazine:

“There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. “Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

An unconfirmed source claims the two-hour X-rated footage features Britney naked wearing just a pink wig and was allegedly shot while on holiday in Mexico. Adnan added: “I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.”

BREAKING NEWS: BRITNEY IS PLANNING A 2009 WORLD TOUR!

BRITNEY SPEARS is planning to tour the world again in 2009 after fans gave her comeback single WOMANIZER a big thumbs up over the weekend (26-28Sep08). The pop superstar phoned into New York's Z100 radio station on Monday morning (29Sep08) to thank fans for their support, and when she was asked about the possibility of forthcoming concert dates, she gushed a tour is "definitely planned".

She said, "Definitely next year and probably around the world." Spears' last world trek, 2004's The Onyx Hotel Tour, ended in disaster when she had to scrap dates following a knee injury.
The Toxic singer also told Z100 that her comeback started with her triple-gong win at the MTV Video Music Awards, including the honour for Video of The Year (Piece of Me) - something that took her completely by surprise.

She added, "It's a cool video, but I think, by far, I've done videos that are way better, so I was really shocked that it got the award. "It was just inspiring, though, because now, going forward with the videos that I'm doing now, I can really go there and do something crazy and see what happens."

BRITNEY SPEARS' LAWYER ASKS JUDGE TO DELAY DRIVING LICENSE CASE FOR SECOND TIME.

LATEST: BRITNEY SPEARS' lawyer has asked a judge overseeing the star's ongoing illegal driving case to delay the upcoming trial - for a second time. Spears' lawyer J. Michael Flanagan was granted an extension to work on the case in January (08) and was due back in Los Angeles Superior Court for a hearing the following month (Feb08).

Judge T.K. Herman then issued the renewed trial date earlier this month (18Sep08), calling on the Toxic hitmaker to reappear in court on 15 October (08). And now Flanagan has once again filed a petition seeking a delay in the criminal case - arguing that the star is still unable to actively participate in her own defence because of her father's conservatorship. Jamie Spears has controlled the singer's estate and personal affairs since February (08).

The hearing relates to an incident in August (07), when Spears scraped a parked car in a private parking lot in California's San Fernando Valley while driving without a valid licence. Spears has since obtained her Californian state driving licence.

COLDPLAY: 'WE'RE NOT POPULAR ENOUGH FOR A RESIDENCY'

COLDPLAY have turned down the chance to follow in PRINCE's footsteps and perform a residency in London, because frontman CHRIS MARTIN is convinced they aren't popular enough. The Purple Fraud hitmaker sold out 21 dates at London's O2 arena last year (07), and Coldplay have been touted to take over and entertain the capital's music fans over a series of nights.

But despite their millions of album sales, singer Martin believes a residency would be a flop. He says, "He (Prince) sold out 21 nights. I don't think we could. You can't do that unless you've got impeccable facial hair. With my facial hair we could probably sell out five nights."

DIDDY LAUNCHES NEW SHOW TO FIND MUSIC SUPERSTAR.

Rap mogul SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS is launching a new reality TV show in a bid to find the next big star. The Bad Boy Records boss has already enjoyed success with his MTV Making The Band series, which has spawned groups like Danity Kane and Day26.

But now Combs wants to find a solo superstar - and he's teamed up with producer Mark Burnett, the brains behind The Apprentice and Survivor, for StarMaker. The programme, which began development last year (07), has been given the go-ahead by MTV and will debut on the network in January 2009.

JESSE MCCARTNEY JOINS GREEK.

Singer/actor JESSE McCARTNEY is reportedly set to join the cast of U.S. drama GREEK. The star will play Andy, a freshman sports jock, on the TV series and his role will be a recurring one, according to EW.com.

He will grace the small screen in early 2009 when the fourth season of Greek hits U.S. TV. McCartney has previously starred in TV shows All My Children and Summerland, and voiced the character of JoJo in 2008 movie Horton Hears a Who!

Meanwhile our spies tell us that he has reportedly infuriated his neighbours in Los Angeles - with a series of noisy incidents. The singer/songwriter is said to have thrown a loud party on Saturday (27Sep08) night at his property in the Hollywood Hills. And then, on Sunday (28Sep08), he allegedly annoyed surrounding residents further by turning up the volume on his television set to unacceptable levels prompting neighbours to call in the police.

According to website TMZ.com, officers arrived at the scene to investigate, but no citations were issued. It is not the first time the star has been in trouble with his neighbours in March (08), McCartney's wild antics reportedly led to people at nearby properties sending a notice to other residents instructing them to call the police if his parties got too loud.

BREAKING NEWS: JANET JACKSON HAS NOW BEEN RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL!

LATEST: JANET JACKSON has been released from a Montreal, Canada hospital after she was admitted to the emergency room with a mystery illness on Monday (29Sep08). The R&B superstar was rushed to the Royal Victoria Hospital on Monday night, shortly before she was due to take to the stage for her latest stop on her Rock Witchu tour. The Nasty singer "got suddenly ill" during a sound check and was taken to seek medical attention. But she was discharged after a brief consultation.

Rebecca Burns, spokeswoman for the McGill University Health Centre, which operates the hospital, says, "Yesterday evening she was checked into the Royal Victoria Hospital and left a couple of hours later." The show in Montreal had to be postponed, with her representative blaming the cancellation on "production constraints".

Further details of the star's health problems have yet to be released, although sources close to the 42 year old's boyfriend, music producer Jermaine Dupri, claim she has been suffering from exhaustion. The insider tells People.com, "A 42-year-old body can't handle what a 22-year-old body can. I can tell you that she's definitely tired.

It was probably exhaustion. She is doing back-to-back, three-hour shows, and her body isn't the same as it used to be." Jackson's Rock Witchu tour is her first in seven years. She is due to perform in Boston, Massachusetts on Wednesday night (01Oct08), but it is unknown as yet whether the show will go ahead as planned.

Singer/actress JENNIFER LOPEZ wants to expand her family by having more children. The Maid in Manhattan star gave birth to twins, Max and Emme, with her husband Marc Anthony earlier this year (Feb08).

And Lopez admits that she is hoping to get pregnant again - but she is happy to leave it to chance. She tells E! Online, "I'd love to have more kids. I don't know when, we'll see, you know, that's the same way my first ones happened! We'll just do it the same way for the second (time around)!

UPDATE ON BREAKING NEWS WITH JANET JACKSON'S EMERGENCY HOSPITALIZATION IN CANADA.

As you know I have been trying to update this story all morning. It has been crazy! She was here in Toronto Sunday night and then headed off to Montreal. Janet"got suddenly ill during the sound check" before her concert in Montreal and had to be rushed to the hospital, according to a statement released by W&W Public Relations owned by Patti Webster.

She is being monitored at the hospital, and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about Jackson's condition. On the Toronto Sunday night concert, I will review that show later. Wishing her a speedy recovery.

JAY-Z SUED OVER ROCAWEAR AD CAMPAIGN

Rap superstar JAY-Z has been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by sports clothing company I Will Not Lose, LLC over a slogan used in the star's 2007 Rocawear apparel advertising campaign. I Will Not Lose, LLC CEO Reggie Tucker claims Rocawear's marketing executives used his trademarked phrase 'I Will Not Lose' to promote their urbanwear range internationally without permission.

In legal papers filed in Georgia Northern District Court on 18 September (08), Tucker further alleges that Rocawear bosses failed to respond to calls to settle the matter out of court. Rocawear's I Will Not Lose campaign was launched early last year (07) and featured spokesmodels including Chris Brown and Ciara, who recited the copyrighted phrase.

The 99 Problems hitmaker, real name Shawn Carter, sold the rights to his Rocawear fashion firm to Iconix Brand Group in March 2007, but is believed to still oversee the product development, licensing, and marketing of the urbanwear. Tucker is seeking the termination of Rocawear's use of the slogan and is suing for an undisclosed amount of damages, according to AllHipHop.com.

PINK FLOYD'S EX-MANAGER MORRISON DIES

PINK FLOYD's former manager BRYAN MORRISON has died, two years after falling into a coma following a polo accident.The 65 year old - who made his name in music management and publishing for bands including the Bee Gees, Wham! and The Jam - never recovered from head injuries sustained in a 2006 incident at Windsor, England's The Royal Berkshire club, of which he was a founder.

Doctors warned his family last year (07) that there was little chance of Morrison waking up from his coma, and he passed away on Saturday (27Sep08). Morrison, who also helped to put Sir Elton John on the path to superstardom, is survived by his wife Greta, and their children Jamie and Karina. His death comes less than two weeks after Pink Floyd rocker Richard Wright lost his battle with cancer, aged 65.

It's so sad that this sport killed him. He once called it in this interview as the "new rock and roll."

ROLLING STONE RONNIE WOOD FACES MASSIVE DIVORCE PAYOUT!!

ROLLING STONE rocker RONNIE WOOD is facing a massive $92.5 million (£50 million) payout to his estranged wife JO after she began to seek advice from lawyers about a possible divorce. Wood, 61, was exposed as a love cheat after his affair with Russian Ekaterina Ivanova, 20, was exposed in June (08).

The star, who returned to rehab earlier this summer (08) to curb his alcohol addiction, has been living with his young lover in recent weeks, and the couple was snapped together for the first time on Monday (22Sep08) as they enjoyed a romantic meal at a top London restaurant. But the pictures have infuriated Jo, prompting her to consult her attorneys with a view to officially ending her 23-year marriage.

A close friend of Jo tells Britain's News of the World newspaper, "She feels humiliated, spurned and furious that her best friend has treated her like that. She has spoken with her legal team and they've made it clear she is in a terrifically strong position." Wood's wife has played an intricate part in his career, working as his executive assistant, holding a controlling stake in the couple's finances and acting as his personal management assistant on a number of profitable deals.

Jo also serves as a joint director of his music empire Rockyarch and is company secretary for his painting business Scream Art. This means that if Wood is taken to the divorce courts, the payout to Jo is likely to eclipse that of Sir Paul McCartney's $50 million (£24.3 million) divorce settlement with ex-wife Heather Mills. Jo would be entitled to half of Wood's estimated $129.5 million (£70 million) fortune - but she could also scoop another 20 per cent of his earnings for her time as his employee.

DUFFY LEADS NOMINATIONS FOR MTV EUROPE MUSIC AWARDS.

Welsh soul star DUFFY is leading the nominations for the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards - she's up for three prizes including Album of the Year for ROCKFERRY. The singer will also compete for the New Act accolade and Most Addictive Track for her hit single Mercy.
She will compete against Britney Spears, Leona Lewis, Coldplay and Alicia Keys for the best album award, and go head-to-head with pop newcomer Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus in the New Act category.

Spears has landed a second nod for Act of 2008, for which she is nominated alongside Rihanna, Amy Winehouse, Coldplay and Lewis. Other nominees include Kanye West and Beyonce Knowles for Best Urban, and Metallica and Linkin' Park for the Rock Out award. The winners will be unveiled on 6 November (08), when the prizes are handed out in Liverpool, England.

ARCTIC MONKEYS PICK UP THE BILL AT PUB OPENING

British rockers Arctic Monkeys were left with a massive $18,500 (£10,000) bar bill when a licensing blunder meant they were forced to give away free booze at the opening of their new pub. Drummer Matt Helders, 22, and ex-bassist Andy Nicholson, 22, who left the band two years ago, had been preparing for months for the opening of The Bowery in the band's home city of Sheffield, England.

But the celebrations went wrong at the last minute when a delay in obtaining a licence for the bar meant the event had to be switched to a private party. And to avoid getting in trouble with the law, the Mardy Bum hitmakers had to dish out free champagne, wine, beer and cocktails to party-goers. A source tells British newspaper the Daily Star Sunday that the musicians were upset about the glitch, adding:

"It had been a highly-trumpeted launch and people were coming from all over to be a part of it. Everyone obviously had a really great night but it wasn't quite the start Andy and the others had hoped it would be."

Friday night’s often-testy debate with Republican nominee John McCain, specifically McCain’s repeated assertions that his experience makes him the stronger candidate and that Obama “just doesn’t understand” the complexities of issues like foreign policy and the economy.

“I don’t get taken aback by that kind of stuff. The problem was, every time he said it, when he tried to follow it up with an actual statement about policy or his positions about what it was he presumably understood or did ‘get,’ it didn’t make much sense,”

Obama told MTV News’ Sway Calloway. “If you look at Iraq, for example, the question was asked, ‘What lessons have you learned?’ and his lesson was ‘Well, we should just stay.’ Well, that’s not a policy. … The question was ‘Should we have gone?’ He says that because he doesn’t have a record to defend himself. We’ve become accustomed in our politics to folks just being able to make stuff up — it’s one of the few areas of public life where the standards somehow are lowered in terms of what you say about other people,” he continued.

“For example, he suggested that I’m talking about raising everybody’s taxes, when every analyst has shown I’m actually calling for a tax cut for 95 percent of [American] families.” “I am talking cutting the taxes for Nurses, Bus Drivers, Cops….not for big time MTV host.”

Australian singer/songwriter SAM SPARRO has offered to give his pal MARK RONSON singing lessons. The Black and Gold hitmaker made the offer after learning the producer wants to use his vocals on his next album. Sparro says, "I will give him singing lessons for sure. I was out with him recently and we always have a good laugh."

MADONNA FINED FOR BREAKING STADIUM CURFEW.

Pop superstar MADONNA has been fined $249,750 (£135,000) by London. U.K's Wembley Stadium officials for breaking the venue's curfew during the London stop of her Sticky & Sweet world tour earlier this month (Sep08).

The Material Girl's show overran the 10.30pm curfew by 40 minutes when she played there on 11 September - her only date in the U.K.
And she has now been charged $92,500 (£50,000) for every 15 minutes she overstayed her welcome.

A Wembley Stadium source says, "The concert was meant to start at 8.30pm but Madonna didn't come on stage until 9.10pm. The gig ended at 11.10pm so she was quite a bit over. "Her people knew about the possible implications for going over the curfew but this is a pretty hefty fine, even for Madonna."

LILY ALLEN BLASTED OVER GUN NECKLACE!

LILY ALLEN has been condemned for glamorising guns by wearing a necklace with a machine gun pendant. The Smile hitmaker - who previously met with London mayor Boris Johnson to outline proposals to reduce knife crime - was photographed wearing the gold pendant on Friday (26Sep08). But the choice of jewellery has outraged anti-violence groups, who have branded Allen "irresponsible".

Lyn Costello, from anti-violence group MAMAA, says:

"She is glamorising the use of guns. It's totally irresponsible. "She's a role model and people look up to her. The last thing we want is people looking at her and thinking guns are fashionable. "I'm really disappointed in her. She had a meeting with the Mayor saying she's worried about knife crime but is she not worried about gun crime too. Pop newcomers THE TING TINGS recently received their European sales figures and were stunned to learn they had sold just one album in Slovakia. The band is now hoping to meet the person who purchased their debut album We Started Nothing.

Singer Katie White says, "We found that we had sold one record in Slovakia. "One lonesome album... now that to us is very funny and we would love to know who bought it because they deserve a drink on us for making us giggle with confusion."

New Bob Dylan album 'Tell Tale Signs' to stream on NPR.com for 1 week.

Whoopee!! Bob Dylan's new album will be released one week early as a free online stream on National Public Radio's website.

NPR Music will stream the entire two-CD, "Tell Tale Signs," beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT Tuesday. It will be available for listening at least until Oct. 7, when the album is officially released by Columbia Records.

"Tell Tale Signs" is the eighth volume of Dylan's ongoing rarities compilations, titled the "Bootleg Series." This edition includes out-takes and rare cuts from the last two decades. An alternate version of "Mississippi" - a song from 2001's "Love and Theft" - was earlier made available as a free download at Amazon.com.

The early album stream is a first for NPR Music, which often provides live concerts for free as podcasts.

METALLICA'S ULRICH HAILS NOISY U.K. FANS. LEAVES STALET TRIBUTE OFF ALBUM!

METALLICA star LARS ULRICH has hailed the band's British followers the most vocal - because they get shouting practice at soccer games. The drummer claims his U.K. fans are much louder than their American counterparts because they spend a lot of time in the nation's soccer stadiums. He says, "In England they sing along to everything. Whether it's football, Metallica or a political rally, the British always make noise."

Meanwhile, METALLICA frontman JAMES HETFIELD penned a touching musical tribute to tragic ALICE IN CHAINS star LAYNE STALEY - but decided it wasn't good enough for the band's new album DEATH MAGNETIC. The frontman admits he didn't really know the late star, who died from a drug overdose in 2002, but his tragic demise inspired him to write many of the dark tracks on Metallica's new album.

And one track, Shine, was written all about Staley. Hetfield tells Rolling Stone magazine, "I know (Alice In Chains star) Jerry Cantrell quite well and learned about Layne through him... I could see some of the things Jerry went through to keep that band together.

"I started writing a song around a Layne Staley type - a rock 'n' roll martyr magnetised by death. Why did he choose that path, someone with such talent?"

Metallica recorded Death Magnetic with a photograph of Staley taped to the wall of their studio control room.

More than 40,000 music fans turned SIR PAUL McCARTNEY's first show in Israel into a huge celebration on Thursday night (25Sep08). The former Beatle greeted the audience in Hebrew before performing at a peace concert in Tel Aviv - four decades after the Fab Four were banned from the country.

The Friendship First concert featured 31 hits from McCartney's music career, including Beatles songs, Wings hits and solo tunes. The Brit also performed late Beatles bandmate John Lennon's Give Peace A Chance. He finished the set with Fab Four favourites Yesterday and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Guess the suicide bombers gave up on their mission cos I heard that they had Israeli commandos working security at that gig! Glad everyone was safe!

AMY WINEHOUSE and LILY ALLEN are responsible for the new wave of female artists in the charts, according to pop star KATY PERRY. The 23-year-old's hit song I Kissed A Girl topped the U.S. and U.K. singles charts earlier this year (08) and she believes stars such as Winehouse and Allen paved the way for her success.

She says, "I think there's a healthy dose of estrogen in the world today. Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen have definitely helped with that. They have introduced America to great music."

She says she owes her success to FREDDIE MERCURY - because he inspired her to become a star. The I Kissed A Girl hitmaker looked up to Mercury - who died in 1991 - from a young age and cites his no-nonsense attitude as a big influence.

Perry says, "Freddie Mercury from Queen was - and remains - my biggest influence.

"The combination of his sarcastic approach to writing lyrics and his 'I don't give a f**k' attitude really inspired my music."

AMY WINEHOUSE has given her goddaughter another career boost by performing alongside the 12-year-old at a star-studded party. The Black to Black hitmaker was booked to appear at the Prince’s Trust End of the Summer Ball in London on Thursday (25Sep08) night.

And she surprised the celebrity-packed audience by marching on stage with Dionne Bromfield, allowing the youngster to sing with her. Earlier this year (May08) Winehouse recorded a duet with Bromfield. Their version of Alicia Keys' hit track If I Ain't Got You was later posted on video sharing website YouTube.

LATEST: AMY WINEHOUSE's husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL has started proceedings to leave jail and faces a strict curfew, according to reports. Fielder-Civil is currently serving a 27-month sentence at Highpoint prison in Suffolk, England for causing actual bodily harm (ABH) and perverting the course of justice.

He has decided to accept an early release deal which will see him living with his mother in Nottinghamshire, England - something he had earlier declined to do. Under the agreement, he will wear an electronic tag and be under a strict 7pm curfew - but will make daily round trips to visit Winehouse in London, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.

A source tells the publication, "Amy is obviously chuffed. But more surprisingly, even her family and friends are pleased. Because Blake will have to lead the disciplined life to keep in line with his conditions of release they are hoping it will rub off on her too. "He has to be back at his mum's every evening - and he's so jealous and controlling he won't want her up to no good without him."

YEEZY'S AUNT YOLANDA WEST: 'DONDA WANTED DIET QUICK-FIX'

KANYE WEST didn't want his mother to go through the cosmetic surgery procedure which killed her, according to his aunt. Yolanda West admits her rapper nephew was reluctant for his mother to have the tummy tuck in November (07), but decided to support her wishes.

His aunt says.......

"There were some moments when she dieted, some moments when she'd lose the weight, but you know how we do, we pick that weight back up and she finally got to a point where she just wanted to get it done and completely be done with the dieting."It was a quick fix for her to where the dieting just wasn't working. Did Kanye want it done? No. But he's a mama's boy and what mum wanted was what he wanted to make sure she had. And now he's got no mum."

RAPPER BUCKSHOT OF BLACKMOON HOSPITALISED!

BLACK MOON rapper BUCKSHOT has been hospitalised after suffering a series of seizures.
The Brooklyn-based hip-hop star was forced to seek emergency medical treatment after returning from a tour in Europe. He is currently in a stable condition in hospital.

No other details about the rapper's medical condition were available. Buckshot's hospitalisation means the rap trio has been forced to reschedule a reunion concert in New York which was due to take place yesterday on Friday (26Sep08).

A statement from the star's Duck Down Records music label reads,

"While of course we are disappointed to have to reschedule a sold out show, obviously nothing takes precedent over Buckshot's health. If he could walk out of that hospital on his own right now I know he would have been on that stage. He was truly looking forward to this night."

The show has been rearranged for 11 November (08) and disappointed fans have been offered refunds.

R&B darling ESTELLE will visit South Africa in a bid to raise awareness of the spread of HIV and AIDS among children. The British star will visit the nation as an ambassador of the Virgin Unite initiative, which equips young people to help stop the spread of HIV and AIDS. The singer will document her trip with a video diary in collaboration with Sky News.

MO MONEY: JAY-Z CONFIRMS STARGATE DEAL.

Rap superstar JAY-Z has confirmed a collaboration with Norwegian producers STARGATE to launch a new record label. The hip-hop mogul, real name Shawn Carter, has teamed up with the beatmaking duo, consisting of Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel S. Eriksen, to form StarRoc.

In a statement Jay-Z and Stargate say, "The focus is to find new talent and develop artists through mutually beneficial global partnerships which include music distribution, publishing, touring and merchandising." The new label is linked to Jay-Z's multi-million dollar contract with concert promoters Live Nation, who he will join once he releases his final album on Def Jam, The Blueprint 3, later this year (08).

Former IRON MAIDEN STAR BLAZE BAYLEY's WIFE IN A COMA!

Former IRON MAIDEN star BLAZE BAYLEY's wife is critically ill in hospital after suffering a stroke. The rocker's wife Debbie was admitted to hospital in England in July (08) after a brain haemorrhage. She has since been in a coma, but Bayley has confirmed his wife has now been re-admitted to an intensive care ward.

A message on his website reads, "Debbie suffered a stroke in hospital. This meant that she has been rushed back into intensive care and is once again critically ill. "He, Debbie's family and friends, and the whole band as well, very much appreciate all of the support that has been sent, especially the huge number of emails and messages."

AMY WINEHOUSE is reportedly at the centre of a police investigation after her bodyguard allegedly hit a photographer with his car. The Back to Black hitmaker was performing at the Prince’s Trust End of the Summer Ball in London on Thursday (25Sep08) night.

After leaving the event, she was driven back to her home in Camden, North London - where her driver is said to have scraped another car and nearly knocked down a waiting paparazzi. Police are said to be looking in to the incident, after a man in his twenties allegedly made a complaint, according to TMZ.com.

WHO KNEW THAT TRAVIS BARKER WAS JD'S PARTNER IN THE SO SO DEF CLOTHING LINE?

Music producer JERMAINE DUPRI predicts his friend TRAVIS BARKER will be released from hospital in two weeks. The former Blink-182 drummer and pal Adam 'DJ Am' Goldstein were the only survivors after the Learjet they were passengers on failed to clear the runway in South Carolina last week (19Sep08) and burst into flames. Four passengers died in the crash, including Barker's assistant Chris Baker.

Both men were both hospitalised in a burns unit in Augusta, Georgia, but Goldstein was discharged on Saturday (20Sep08) and returned to Los Angeles. And Dupri expects his friend will also be able to go home soon. He tells People,

"He's doing good, he's gonna be all right. He's just got a lot of healing to do. "He's supposed to send a message out to everybody in a couple of days to let everybody know that he's feeling better. He's definitely feeling the love from everyone. "He's just now getting everything in the hospital set up for him - iPods, computers, everything that he needs. You got to make sure he is comfortable."

Dupri - Barker's partner in the So So Def clothing line - also recalls the moment he learned of the crash. He adds, "I was at home, somebody called me early in the morning. "It was kind of crazy and I didn't really comprehend what had happened."

NAVAIRA RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL AFTER ANOTHER CRASH??

Mexican singer EMILIO NAVAIRA has been released from hospital in Texas following a car accident on Wednesday (24Sep08). The Tejano singer, 46, is believed to have been travelling with his wife Maria in his native city of San Antonio, Texas when a truck turned into his car. The couple was discharged from the city's University Hospital late on Thursday (25Sep08) night.

The accident comes just six months after a bus crash in Houston, Texas which left the star in critical condition. Navaira is still undergoing rehabilitative treatment following the incident in March (08) and is believed to have been on his way home from treatment when the car accident occurred.
